THANKS FOR GIVING AWARD CEREMONY – Nov 22

The Greater Peterborough Interfaith Council has invited all to their “Thanks for Giving” service, scheduled for Tuesday November 22, 6:30-7:30 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Peterborough. The service will have a focus of acknowledging volunteers from our individual faith communities. It will also be available virtually to widen the ability for folks to attend. This service will be a revitalization of a thanksgiving sharing service that has been held in the past.
Thanks for Giving service

GIVING TUESDAY – Nov 29

Giving Tuesday is part of an international movement to extend the spirit of giving thanks into the Advent season.
Global Ministries, the worldwide mission and development agency of The United Methodist Church, with UMCOR, invites members to give love, joy, hope and peace through a denomination-wide year-end giving campaign. Their Give Love campaign will be held until Dec 31.
Share your gifts on Tuesday, November 29, and make a donation to Global Ministries, PUMC, or any other non-profits you would like to show support for.
